Our next event is Transportation Week from Wednesday, May 6th, through Saturday, May 9th at Sauder's Museum in Archbold, Ohio!
All 3 of our divisions, O, HO, & N, will have train displays at this event. Take a step back in time to celebrate the various modes of transportation that existed throughout history. Sauder's Museum is a relaxing place where you can experience entertaining train displays up close and and have one-on-one conversations with our members. We look forward to seeing you at this fun event!

The Swanton Area Railroad and Model Club was recognized by the Toledo Metroparks for the 2025 Dedicated Group service award at their annual banquet to recognize groups and individuals who contribute over 100 hours of volunteer work for the year. Many thanks to all of club members who contributed to the over 400 hours that we had in setting up, running, and tearing down of the 2025 Holidays at the Manor House O-gauge display. Dennis & Denise Heban, Marianne Duvendack, and Randy & Gloria Box represented the club at the banquet.
Club Meeting Information!
Due to the fire at the Swanton Village Hall, March and April's meetings will be held at St. Richard's St. Francis Hall, 333 Brookside Drive, Swanton. Park in back lot and follow the signs.
Social hour begins at 7:15 pm, business meeting at 8:00 pm.
