Meeting Called to Order at:

Motion to accept the Secretary's report (Dispatcher) from last month:
Dan made the motion, seconded by Kelso. The motion passed.

Treasurer's report:
Andi gave the Treasurer's report.

Motion to accept:
Andy made the motion, Jerry seconded. The motion passed.

Secretary's report:
John discussed emails that we received.

Vice President's Report:
Cody is still looking for people to sign up for Clinics. Show and Tell tonight is Tank Cars. Our social media accounts continue to grow.

President's report:
KC thanked the Swanton Fire Department, the Snyder's, and the Echler's for their contributions to tonight's chili dinner. KC then discussed the proposed Bylaw changes, copies of the proposed bylaws are available and will be provided for each family. The Boy Scouts are celebrating 100 years and they would like us to run a display at Camp Miakonda on August 12th. Setup would be on the 11th, teardown has been proposed to happen on the 13th. KC discussed the upcoming meetings, specifically the pizza dinner, the ice cream night, and a proposed cider and donuts night in November.

Committee reports:
Public Relations- Cody touched on this during the Vice President's report.

HO Division Report by Andi Echler:
Andi discussed the Montpelier show, everything went well. Andi then discussed HO's upcoming shows.

Planned Shows:

April 2nd- Monpelier Show, the show runs 10am to 4pm.

May 6th- National Train Day, the show runs 9:30am to 4pm. Setup will likely be the day before.

O Division Report by Cody:
Larry discussed the upcoming shows.

Planned Shows:

May 6th- National Train Day, the show runs 9:30am to 4pm. Setup is on Friday, May 5th after 9am. The layout will be 9' x 12'.

October 7th and 8th- Sauder Village, details to follow.

December 2nd through December 10th- Holidays at the Manor House, Setup is on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 17th through 19th. Teardown is December 13th and 14th.

November 17th through December 31st- The Lights Before Christmas (unconfirmed)

N Division Report by Terry:
Terry discussed the Montpelier show and discussed the upcoming shows. The trailer has been moved due to parking constraints.

Dan made the motion, Shayna seconded it. The motion was approved.

Old or unfinished Business:
KC touched on the bylaw updates during his report.

New Business:
Randy discussed how many younger train enthusiasts he's encountered recently. His show has continued to grow. Randy then discussed his recent interview at his barn with Channel 11 News which created a huge amount of interest, spawning further interviews and pieces with nearly every major news outlet in the Toledo area.

Good of the Club:
Becky thanked everyone who has assisted O Division while Larry has been recovering. The raffle this month is for General Fund.

Show & Tell:
Duane brought in a set of eight Tank Cars from Menards. Danny brought in a McDonalds Tank Car. Dennis brought in a pair of M&M Tank Cars. Nick brought in a Southern Pacific Tank Car. Andi brought in his roundhouse kit UP Tank Car. Randy brought in a picture (which was several feet long) of the Ringling Bros. Circus train.
