Don proposed the following amendment to KC's motion:
"That the HO Division allows any member with HO scale equipment to run on the HO modules, provided that they work with the superintendent." Tim seconded the amendment. This was put to a vote and passed.
Ed proposed the following additional amendment to KC's motion:
"That the initial funds are not to exceed $800.00 without further amendment, to be paid back by raffles and other division income." Walt seconded. This was put to a vote and passed.
KC's amended motion reads as follows (seconded by Andy, see above):
"I motion that the General Fund grant to the HO & N divisions funds (not to exceed $800.00 without further amendment, to be paid back by raffles and other division income) for the purpose of maintenance & rebuilding of modules so that they may continue to operate. The HO Division shall allow any member with HO scale equipment to run on the HO modules, provided that they work with the superintendent." This was put to a vote and passed.
