Motion to accept the Secretary's report (Dispatcher) from last month:
Tim made the motion, KC seconded, the motion was approved.
Tim gave the Treasurer's report.
Nothing to report.
Vice President's Report:
Don discussed several shows and brought in flyers. Terry Miller asked for a minute of our time, he made a $50.00 donation in the Knight's of Columbus' name.

HO Division Report by KC Wittenmyer:
12/05- Santa in Swanton
12/12- Foster Kids- Foster Kids show, setup starts at 8am, the show runs from 1pm to 4pm.
O Division Report by Larry Welch:
Larry wasn't here because he was at the zoo.
11/13 through 01/03- The Lights Before Christmas; the layout is the same size and in the same location as last year. Setup is November 8th starting at 2 pm.
12/05 through 12/13 (10 am through 8 pm)- Holidays in the Manor House; setup is on Saturday, November 21st at 10 am. Further setup can be done on several days during the week after that.
N Division Report by Tim Gray:
Bruce is still in Wolf Creek. Tim passed around a sympathy card for Seth and Tanner due to their grandfather's passing. Tim also passed around a get-well card for Bruce. The trailer has been repaired but it's on its last legs and needs to be replaced before next winter. Jon Hartgrove may have a connection to a suitable trailer, he'll get more information to pass along to Tim.

Old or unfinished Business:
Duane pointed out that his club in Indiana will be open on Sundays through March, which is a correction to what Larry told us about it last month.
KC mentioned that in the past several of the surrounding towns have had accidents involving parades and trains, he called for a few volunteers from the club to help watch the crossings.
Good of the Club:
The raffle was for the General Fund this month.

Show and Tell this month featured Holiday themed cars and accessories.
