Meeting Called to Order at:

Motion to accept the Secretary's report (Dispatcher) from last month:
Ed made the motion, Walt seconded, the motion was approved.

Treasurer's report:
Tim gave the Treasurer's report.

Secretary's report:
We received an inquiry via the website in order to get Randy's contact info, the same person posted the same question to our Facebook group and received several answers.

Vice President's Report:
Nothing to report.

President's report:
Don discussed several shows and brought in flyers.

Motion to accept the Officer's Reports:
Ed made the motion, KC seconded it, the motion was approved.

Committee reports:
No committee reports this month.

HO Division Report by KC Wittenmyer:
Now that football and band season is over HO Division is back. The Willard show was very quiet and somewhat disorganized. The Firelands show went well enough that the show promoter has invited HO Division back for their show in April. We went to Sauder Village, which went well. Work on the corner modules is moving along with just two more corners to cut tops for.

O Division Report by Larry Welch:
Larry brought up a few corrections in regards to O-Scale members info on the roster. The Fulton county fair paid us $32.00 for security. The Henry County fair went well. The Fulton County fair also went well. The Sauder Village show was in the museum building this year, which was nice since the weather wasn't fantastic. The date for the Sauder Village show may be different next year.

Upcoming Shows:

11/13 through 01/03- The Lights Before Christmas; the layout is the same size and in the same location as last year. Setup is November 8th starting at 2 pm.

12/05 through 12/13 (10 am through 8 pm)- Holidays in the Manor House; setup is on Saturday, November 21st at 10 am. Further setup can be done on several days during the week after that.

N Division Report by Tim Gray:
Bruce is now in room 153 at Wolf Creek. A frame was purchased from Tom Haines, now we just need time to move the box from the old frame to the new one.

Upcoming Shows:

None, due to several factors beyond our control.

Motion to accept the Division Reports:
The motion was approved.

Old or unfinished Business:
We need to vote on the motion from last month in regards to Gretchen and Bruce being granted lifetime membership. The motion was voted on and was approved.

New Business:
Gretchen's wishes in regards to the Ron Moffett Memorial Fund is for the money to be put towards getting the Bradely Depot brought to Swanton. Tim made the motion to put aside the money as Gretchen requested, the motion was approved. Tim brought it to the club's attention that he feels that Don isn't forwarding communication properly to the other officers and stressed that this communication needs to improve. Don said that he feels that the deposits need to be made more frequently. KC also stressed how important communication is to the well-being of the club. Larry mentioned that Duane Topel's club in Indiana is now open on Sundays through November and December. Marianne wanted to know if anyone who has spare time on December 5th wanted to run a small 4'x8' simple setup, if you are interested please let her know. Wanda discussed pricing information for getting the club logo on shirts, you provide the shirt and she'll get your name and the logo on it. Pricing starts at $8 for just the logo, $11 for the logo and your name.

Good of the Club:
The raffle was for N division this month.

Show & Tell:
Show and Tell this month featured passenger cars. Danny (who brought in his Amtrak California Commuter), Don (who brought in a Streamline New York Central and Madison Pullman) Cody (who brought in Art's New York Central cars), KC, and Jon (who brought trollys) brought in some very nice examples of passenger cars.
