Meeting Called to Order at:

Motion to accept the Secretary's report (Dispatcher) from last month:
Ed made the motion, Tim seconded. Passed.

Treasurer's report:
Ron went over the treasurer's report.

Vice President's Report:
Randy Ramsay was going to tell us about the Wonderland in Germany but he wasn't able to attend.

President's report:
Don brought in many fliers for upcoming shows. Lionel is having an Open House is this weekend.

Secretary's report:
John explained the status of the work being performed on the website. The target launch date for the website is 1/01/2015.

Officer's Reports:
Tim made the motion, Diane seconded. Motion passed.

Public Relations report:
Schultz Automotive thanked us for sending a thank you card. It was mentioned to stress in the next Dispatchers that if we get to a level 2 snow emergency or higher the meetings are canceled.

HO Division Report by KC Wittenmyer:

Planned Shows:
12/06 - Santa in Swanton, located at SHS. Setup will be on 12/05. The show runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
12/13 - St. Richards Foster Family Show

O Division Report by Larry Welch:

Planned Shows:
12/06 to 12/14 - The Manor House. Setup days are 11/30 through 12/02.
The Toledo Zoo has requested a meeting with Larry to get the details of the display specified.
11/14 through 1/04 - The Lights Before Christmas at the Toledo Zoo (closed on major holidays). Setup is on 11/08 at 10 am, located in the Nature's Neighborhood building. Tear-down is scheduled for Monday, January 5th.

N Division Report by Tim Gray:

Tim wanted to thank the village of Swanton for housing the trailer over the winter.
Planned Shows:
12/06 - Santa in Swanton, located at SHS. Setup will be on 12/05. The show runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
12/13 - St. Richards Foster Family Show
03/08/15 - Randy's show (Tentative)

Division Reports Accepted?
Ed made motion, Tim seconded. Motion passed.

Old or unfinished Business:
Gretchen brought the old toys from the library to show how worn they have become. She brought in the replacement toys from the children's show Chuggington. Gretchen's grandson also sold a few wooden pieces to the club to be used for the library layout. June made the motion, Tim seconded. Motion passed.

New Business:
John Ducat's mother provided some metal benches that O-Gauge can use. Larry accepted them and asked that we thank her.

Good of the Club:
The club decided to cancel the December meeting and to push the January meeting to the second week of January. Motions to do so were passed unanimously.

Show & Tell:
Ed brought in some supplies to show the club how to make barrels for O-Gauge out of old wine corks. Larry mentioned that you cane make cones from quarter inch dowels using a pencil sharpener and orange paint. John showed how you can use a plastic bag to make removing buildings from their packaging easier. Duane mentioned that the Northlandz H/O display (located in Flamington NJ) is quite impressive, featuring over 8 miles of track. Duane also discussed the Cog Railroad that runs up Mt. Washington and said that he recommends using it instead of paying to drive up the mountain. He mentioned his other club that he is a part of, Tri-State Station, which is located in Indiana just off the turnpike at the Angola exit. Tim mentioned that when painting the outside edge of your tracks to make sure that you make all of your connections and get your soldering finished before attempting to paint it as the paint can interfere with the connections otherwise.
