Motion to accept the Secretary's report (Dispatcher) from last month:

Ron went over the treasurer's report.

Vice President's Report:
Randy Ramsay got an inside look at the Wonderland in Germany.
Ray Swan has some HO track and controllers available, he can be contacted at 734-847-4105. Don brought in many fliers for upcoming shows as well.
Larry reported that there were some issues viewing the website during the last month. Explained that we will be meeting with the officers to go over the website changes.
Public Relations report:
Larry explained that the best public relations is how we behave and how we act. Part of the display needed repaired, it was done at no charge due to our good relations with the community. A big thank you to Schultz Automotive Repair in Delta Ohio for the repair service they performed.
HO Division Report by KC Wittenmyer:
HO received a large donation of buildings.
12/06- Santa in Swanton, located at SHS. Setup will be on 12/05. The show runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
O Division Report by Larry Welch:
Larry wanted us to make sure that we kept access to the videos from past Manor House displays when we are updating the website. Fulton County show went well, over 291,400 visitors attended the show. We received many positive comments and we were featured on the 4-H daily website. Teardown went smoothly and quickly. Larry accidentally left his toolbox on one of the 4-H trailers at the show, he was able to recover it without losing any of his tools. Sauder Village also went very well, over 1,000 people attended the show and the visitors were pleased with the display. Tear down was quick, we were done in one hour.
12/06 through 12/14- The Manor House. Setup days are 11/30 through 12/02.
11/14 through 1/??- The Lights Before Christmas at the Toledo Zoo. Setup is on 11/08 at 10 am.
N Division Report by Tim Gray:
Sauder Village show had a good run and Tim would like to thank everyone that helped he and Bruce last weekend. Tim wanted to thank the Village of Swanton for offering to house the N-Scale trailer for the winter. Ed wants us to send a letter to them stating that if anything should happen to the trailer or its contents that they are relieved of liability. A motion was made to authorize Ed to send the letter, Jim made the motion, Diane seconded. Motion passed. Randy's show will be on 03/08/2015 but no plans for 2015 have been finalized at this point.
10/11- Spencer Township Community Center, set up is at 9 am.
12/06- Christmas in Swanton, located at SHS. Setup will be on 12/05. The show runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
12/13- St. Richards
03/08/15- Randy's show
Division Reports Accepted?
Old or unfinished Business:
The wooden Thomas trains at the library are very worn, Gretchen suggested that we swap all of it out. She estimated that it would cost $30 - $40 to replace the trains. Ron suggested that we pay for it out of the General Fund. Larry stepped in and said that O-Gauge would cover it if the members approved, which they did. Tim made a motion to authorize the replacement, Bruce seconded it. Motion passed.

Don brought in a Lighthouse, a Tugboat, and a corral car. Danny brought in a searchlight car. Jon brought in the mining operation piece that he has been building.
