Vice President's Report:
No drawing today.
Explained the delay on getting the website up.
Public Relations report:
See the Secretary's report on the status of the website. Ron received a letter from the Swanton Library thanking the club for the contribution to cover their magazine subscription. Larry asked Gretchen to go to the library and find out which trains need replacing.
HO Division Report by KC Wittenmyer:
10/03- Setup for Sauder Village in Archbold, OH. Regular run-times.
12/06- Santa in Swanton, located at SHS. Setup will be on 12/05. The show runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
HO received a large donation of buildings.
O Division Report by Larry Welch:
10/04 to 10/05- Sauder Village, setup is Friday Oct 3 after 3:30. Run is 10-5 on Saturday and 12-4 on Sunday. Tear down is Sunday after 4pm. 12/06 to 12/14- The Manor House. Setup days are 11/30 through 12/02.
The Toledo Zoo has requested a meeting with Larry to get the details of the display specified.
N Division Report by Tim Gray:

Several members still need to pay their dues, Ron will be getting in touch with them to get this taken care of.
Bruce will need some folks to assist with setup at Sauder Village.

Show & Tell:
Don brought in a Lionel engine that he has owned since 1954, it still runs. Danny brought in an Amtrak engine. Jim brought in a B&O steamer (Limited Edition of 4000, President Adams version). John Hartgrove brought in a Springfield engine that has been given an aging treatment. Next month's Show and Tell will be your favorite accessory or operating car.
