The club's new Secretary John Ducat introduced himself.
Public Relations report:
John and his wife discussed some of the changes that they would like to make to the website to bring it up to speed.
HO Division Report by KC Wittenmyer:
The HO Division will be bringing back the Old Swanton layout (12' x 22'), on loan from Jim Etchie, with freshly repainted modules. The HO Division will be reducing in size for the rest of the year, running with the above stated 12' x 22' layout.
07/26- St. Stevens on Dorr St. Setup is at 8 AM on 07/26, show times are 11 AM to 4 PM.
08/??- Spencer Township. (pending date and approval)
09/13- Willard. Setup is on 09/12, the HO trailer will be leaving Wauseon before 2 PM. The modules must be on legs before that night's football game. The show's hours are unknown at this time.
10/03- Setup for Sauder Village in Archbold, OH. Regular run-times.
12/06- Santa in Swanton, located at SHS. Setup will be on 12/05. The show runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
O Division Report by Larry Welch:
A big Thank You goes out to last year's officers. The show fire extinguishers have been updated. National Train Day was a fun time, everything went smoothly.
08/08 to 08/1- The Henry County Fair. Setup is on Sunday, 08/03.
08/29 to 09/04- The Fulton County Fair. We will be in the same spot as last year.
10/04 to 10/05- Sauder Village.
12/06 to 12/14- The Manor House. Setup days are 11/30 through 12/02.
And the Toledo Zoo, none of which has been finalized yet.

Good of the Club:
A model railroad show and swap will be held at the Van Wert county fairgrounds, 7/12 to 7/13, sponsored by the Van Wert County Historical Society. Larry found a letter he sent to the club from 2005 that detailed 6-7 shows that the club no longer participates in (for various reasons), members discussed.
Show & Tell:
Larry brought in a map showing the route on which The General was taken, brought in a related book as well called The General & the Texas. He brought in a flyer that detailed the H/O layout in Chatanooga and a related book titled Chatanooga's Terminal Station. Cody brought in some Maumee Central Railway themed boxcarscars and a MCRY Loco that is a GP9M. Cody also brought in a transfer caboose that he built himself from balsa wood, also in the MCRY theme. Show & Tell for next month is Cabooses.
